Over the years we have stayed in some lovely hotels and B&BS and now see several of them up For Sale as the wonderful owners retire. So we´re creating a page to try and help them do so and find some more lovely owners to carry on the businesses.
The first one we´d like to announce is near our home in Jaén province, we know it because it´s local to us, not because we have stayed there. This lovely, small, lakeside hotel with licence to provide food and with 5/6 rooms to rent out, possibly more is surrounded by olive groves and ten minutes from the nearest small town.
