If you´re a fan of Yotam Ottolenghi then head to Ibiza this August, spefically to the Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel. The internationally acclaimed chef, restaurant owner and food writer will be at the Atzaró for one evening.
Not only will guests recieve a signed copy of Yotam’s bestselling cookbook ‘Flavour’ the world-famous chef, originally from Jerusalem, will be on hand to sign copies and introduce the 5 Course Ottolenghi Sharing Dinner.
The experience ‘Ottolenghi at Atzaró’ is to be held in the vast Atzaró Hotel´s Vegetable Garden this 12th August. The organic ingredients for the 5-course sharing dinner will be freshly picked from Atzaró´s vast vegetable garden, along with non-vegetable locally sourced produce and of course, with a complementary selection of local wines.
Known for his ´sunny´ dishes, he is committed to the using a variety of colourful vegetables producing what has been called the ‘The Ottolenghi effect,´ in other words, creating meals which are full of colour, flavour, bounty, and sunshine.
This very special, one-off, dinner experience will be accompanied by traditional flamenco in the gorgeous 3-hectare organic garden. The evening will start with welcome drinks and music under the pine tree an palm tree at beautifully decorated long, wooden tables, a unique event for Ottolenghi fans.
